TURANDOT - New project started

With TURANDOT a new project started with the participation of the chair for Embedded Systems at the University of Tübingen.

TURANDOT takes that European ambition into the next generation of automotive RISC-V computing. Supported by the Chips Joint Undertaking, our project brings together semiconductor manufacturers, IP providers, automotive partners, SMEs, research institutes and universities to develop a modular RISC-V computing platform for automotive.

TURANDOT at its heart develops high-performance Application Processors working alongside real-time processors, AI accelerators and supporting software—all shaped by automotive needs and a common automotive platform- up till TRL8!

Through this collaboration, we aim to strengthen Europe’s technological sovereignty and industrial competitiveness, while giving partners room to develop differentiated technologies around a common architecture.
